Make a Reservation
Book services directly through our website
Enter the traveler’s name and flight details
Add members to your Travel Alert Circle (TAC) — trusted contacts who receive updates
Provide preferred contact method and healthcare provider information
Identify who will pick up your loved one at the destination airport

Pre-Travel Confirmation
As the travel date approaches, reminders are sent to confirm:
Flight status
Schedule changes or cancellations
On the day of travel, our ride-share partner provides:
Estimated airport arrival time
Vehicle details, including the license plate
A designated concierge is assigned and prepared

Curbside Meet & Assist
A concierge meets your loved one curbside
We ensure a seamless, worry-free exchange
Assistance begins immediately and continues through:
Ticketing
Security
Gate arrival
TAC receives a live update link: “In-airport travel has commenced.”

Live Travel Updates
Real-time updates are sent to the TAC, including:
At ticketing
At security
Bathroom or snack stops
Waiting at the gate
Successfully boarded
Any delays or flight changes are communicated promptly
We coordinate directly with airline staff as needed

Safe Boarding Confirmation
We do not leave your loved one’s side until they are safely on the plane
A boarding confirmation is sent to the TAC
